Sisters Art Space plans the holiday season in advance, providing community members with two class opportunities to help personalize and decorate your home for fall.
Company owner Julie Grant said the first class is called âCrown Creationsâ and will be moderated by Patricia Clifton on October 16 starting at 2pm. The course will teach community members how to create a personalized wreath to complement their home decor. or to give as a gift.
The course costs $ 37 with all supplies included in the cost.
The second class will take place on October 23 starting at 4 p.m., featuring a community favorite, Chalking with Elena Bade.
This month’s course with Baden is unusual, as it is open to families to come and participate together. Registration is $ 25 for adults, $ 15 for a child (14 or under), with $ 10 for each additional child to attend.
All supplies for the event are included in the costs, and Grant said light snacks and drinks will be served during the course.
Reservations for both events must be prepaid. Community members can contact Grant at 903-513-1274 to register or get more information.
After the chalking class, on October 24, Sister Art Space will host a reception for family members at noon to come and see the chalk art works their family were able to create at the event the day before.
âWe’ll be inviting family members to come and see the artwork we’ve created at our very first family art reception,â Grant said.
Sisters Art Space is also planning to host its annual holiday gift fair, scheduled for November 6 starting at 11 a.m.
Grant said the event is currently open to sellers and anyone interested in participating in selling or advertising during the annual fair can contact them at 903-513-1274.
