Whether your jam is a vinyasa yoga flow or a HIIT dance, obé has partnered with Cupcake LightHearted, and they’ve created an exclusive assortment of wellness-wine-fitness experiences that are split into two phases: The Joyfully Collection Active and The Wine. + Unroll the series. Whatever your body’s craving, you’ll likely find the perfect classes, challenges, and workout routines, along with informative talks and lots of wine relaxation time down.
The Joyfully Active collection, which kicked off March 12 and will run through June 30, features 10 different classes, including fire flow, hip hop dance cardio, sculpting core, and lower body strength . Some classes don’t require any equipment, while others require workout gear like yoga blocks, a yoga mat, and dumbbells. There’s even a Wine + Unwind: Sip Session in this well-rounded collection, which encourages attendees to chat, stretch, and “connect with yourself and/or a friend and end the day on a [light-hearted] note.” Pun intended!

From April 12 to June 21, obé will present a bi-weekly Wine + Unwind series by instructor Lulu S. which will take place right after her “Wine Down” classes. A different variety of Cupcake LightHearted will star in each of the series’ six episodes. Episodes will air live every other Tuesday night at 8:50 p.m. ET.
